Seattle is an exciting urban city surrounded by unmatched natural beauty. This was from one of my most uncertain and unplanned trip. But like they say what a trip it was!!!! Leaving you with my beautiful memories of the journey. Adventure awaits you.
This was my first ever semi solo trip I made. I traveled from the east coast to Seattle for an interview. I made a quick running trip to the space needle amidst the rain. I needed to go to the top of the space needle and it was crazy windy. Had the worst nightmare thinking I was going to fly away from the top. Haha On the way up you get a glimpse of the beautiful Chihuly Garden and Glass exteriors. The second I saw this I knew I had to explore Seattle better.
Found the perfect sunset hour for going to this gorgeous place to see it in all its glory. Went all over the beautiful Seattle downtown gazing its skyline.
Tell me how many of you are crazy Twilight Fans. The only thing that kept crossing my mind was that I had to go La Push. The journey would have been incomplete without that. Especially for someone like me who watched the movie 20+ times. Go team Edward!!! We drove past the beautiful Lake Cresent on out way. But I could not make it to La Push with the weather turning on me. Until next time. La Push you are still on my bucket list 🙂
Leavenworth is a Bavarian inspired town which is one of the most interesting places I have been to. Awesome Beer, Live Music, Street Market and Great Food. Is there something else left out for spending the perfect time.
On a clear day, Mount Rainier’s snow-capped profile can be spotted from Seattle while you drive around in your car. It was indeed a long drive through the national park but worth every effort.
The only way to end this trip for a coffee lover is going to the First Starbucks ever at the Pikes Place Market. Hope you enjoy this quick account of my trip.
