An open letter to a DREAMER…

How many times have you stopped yourself from doing something cause you got too anxious.  Last year had been a year of doubts for me. I was at the peak of my anxiety with events in my life until my bubble burst. I was called so many names on the face of this earth that even the thought of how I endured that gives me goose bumps.

But this year is my year 🙂 As I like to be my positive self. I am working on my anxiety improving both my mental and physical health trying to get back to a point before all this started. There are always those moments when I see myself walking down that alley again. I have got into the habit of gysting (list for goals, motivation, life yada yada…..)

I have a letter I wrote the day I decided to embrace change…

Dear Dreamer,

Don’t be afraid of who you want to be. Don’t be afraid to show your true self in every thing that you do. This is what the non dreaming world is afraid of and so they point fingers and words at you. Your small effort might be the ray of hope and you may never know that.

People conform to stigma. They all want to be comfortable doing the same old thing that everyone does. They want to follow the crowd without knowing where they are going and why they are going there. You want to break out of the normal and achieve the extraordinary. For all those who truly has a dream, that will never stop them from going where they want.

It is better to fail a million times and get back up again. You are strong and you will live. You experiences in life make you complete in yourself. You have shown courage beyond odds and followed your heart for that one true love. Do not kill your dreams being afraid.

Be passionate. Just keep moving forward. One step at a time!

This has helped me take on my recent passion project. take risks and learn from them.
